The Federal Way City Councilmembers may be in attendance at this community event/ribbon cutting ceremony. For the past two years, WSDOT and Mowat Construction crews have been building new ramps at the old cloverleaf interchange where I-5 and SR 18 meet. These new elevated ramps will help ease congestion and improve safety at one of the worst traffic chokepoints in the region.
