    &lt;LI&gt;Ability to tailor instruction to various health conditions, skill levels, and ages. &lt;/LI&gt;

The class is meant to be hands-on for the participants. Experience working with a cooking classroom setting is not a requirement but is desirable. &lt;BR&gt;
&lt;BR&gt;
&lt;BR&gt;
&lt;STRONG&gt;ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR&gt;
&lt;/STRONG&gt;Develop Cooking curriculum for each month.&lt;BR&gt;
Lead and instruct individuals on the basics of cooking and recipes.&lt;BR&gt;
Purchase supplies and food for the class each week. &lt;BR&gt;
Report incidents immediately and fill out necessary paperwork.&lt;BR&gt;
Attend class until all participants are picked up.&lt;BR&gt;
Take attendance for each class. &lt;BR&gt;
Attend required meetings and trainings&lt;BR&gt;
Return emails/phone call within a reasonable amount of time.&lt;BR&gt;
Communicate with the public by demonstrating a professional attitude as a representative of the City of Federal Way.&lt;BR&gt;
Ensure the safety of participants at all times&lt;BR&gt;

    &lt;LI&gt;Train climbing wall attendants on climbing and belay techniques, to include proper use of equipment.
    &lt;LI&gt;Development of routes for several different skill levels.
    &lt;LI&gt;Develop effective and SAFE clinics for different skill levels.
    &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Set up a training protocol for pass holders so they are free to climb on their own.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;
    &lt;LI&gt;Account for all community center equipment and verify the safety of outdoor equipment brought in for use in the facility.
    &lt;LI&gt;Produce a schedule of climbing events geared toward all ages, genders to maximize climbing wall use.
    &lt;LI&gt;Make sure a qualified attendant is always on shift during open climb and climbing functions, parties, etc.
    &lt;LI&gt;Verify that all climbers have signed liability forms and that underage participants have parent permission slips on file. &lt;/LI&gt;
