Project Improvements The City of Federal Way Asphalt Overlay is an annual street maintenance program in which selected streets are repaved along with the repair and improvement to curbs, sidewalks and wheelchair ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The streets are selected using a rating system, which identifies the roads in most need of repair.  The map below depicks the schedules for the 2013 Asphalt Overlay Project within the corporate city limits of Federal Way.

Schedule
The construction contract includes schedules, B, C, D, and E.  The contract was awarded to Tucci and Sons, Inc. at the March 19, 2013 City Council meeting.  Project construction is anticipated to begin on April 15, 2013 and completion is anticipated before October 31, 2013.
